Tips 

 

General:

  1. Employers need only respond to Agencies & Recruiters when there is interest in specific candidates.  Agencies & Recruiters not receiving replies understand their candidates will not be considered further. 
      
  1. When posting additional Job Openings, new  usernames and email accounts will be provided to Employers upon request without the need to re-register. 
     
  2. Employers need only disclose their identity when entering into Service Agreements.
     
  3. If a request to review responses or re-post Job Openings has not been received within 7 days of the posting end date, the Job Opening will be cancelled and responses deleted.  
     
  4. When listing the same Job Opening in other media, (e.g.  job boards, print) consider modifying the listing on the Job Posting Site to ensure continued confidentiality.
     
  5. Account names: Employer accounts begin with E (e.g. E12); Agency & Recruiter accounts begin with AR (e.g. AR56).
     
  6. Only attachments received with (.doc) (.txt) (.rtf) or (.pdf) extensions should be opened. 
      
  7. Full candidate identity, such as name and contact details, may be withheld by Agency & Recruiter Members until terms are finalized.
