To communicate directly with Agencies & Recruiters, Employers can remain anonymous using their free myAOmail email account, or if revealing Employer identity is not an issue, by phone or company email.
Interviews
Before scheduling candidate interviews, fees and terms must be finalized with Agency & Recruiter Members, and at this time,
Employer identity is revealed.
Once terms are finalized, interviews are arranged.
Employers
evaluate candidates.
